TECHNIQUES:
STANCE:
Orthodox- for right handed boxers with left hand and left foot leading.
South Paw - for left handed boxers with right hand and right foot leading.
Front/Straight - instructional stance with body square to the front.
PUNCHES:
Jab - Extend arm straight out rotating through your arm so palm faces downward on extension.
Cross/Power - Same as Jab except it comes from the back arm/pivot on the back foot and press hip into punch.
Hook - Bend elbow at 90 degree angle facing down with palm and arm parallel to the floor.
Upper Cut - Palm faces you and fist is driven forward and up from the hip.

goals? Personal Training teaches you proper exercise progression, technique and
safety. I strongly believe in working with my clients to
develop a program that will suit their life and their needs.

descriptions of the exercises so they can continue to workout
